When you try this chorizo queso dip for the first time, you can’t believe it’s vegan, but yes, it is! I always ordered it at one of my favorite restaurants when I wasn’t vegan, but this version is even better because it tastes so good, is much healthier and also cruelty-free.

This vegan cheese is one of our most popular recipes, it’s made with potatoes and carrots and is ready in less than 30 minutes. I bought the chorizo, but there are so many delicious recipes you can make, some homemade recipes are made with gluten, like this chorizo, but there are also gluten-free chorizos made with soy. I also used it to make this vegan Mexican style potatoes with chorizo recipe.

It’s super easy to make this vegan dip, you only need to mix the vegan cheese with the sour cream and add the chorizo and the rest of the ingredients.
